All FOSOTO products come with a 1-year warranty (2 years for orders on the FOSOTO official website) from the purchase date. This warranty covers product defects, offering a replacement of the defective product or component.
Return Policy
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- FOSOTO covers the cost of shipping the replacement item back to the buyer.
- Refunds, if applicable, are for the item cost only, excluding handling or shipping fees.
- Before dispatching a replacement or issuing a refund, FOSOTO must receive the returned item in the agreed condition, with photo or video evidence of the defect.
Claim Requirements
- Provide your order number and a photo/video for a claim.
- For Amazon orders, include the seller’s name or a screenshot.
- Claims for missing products must be made within 45 days of purchase.
- Missing parts must be reported within 2 days of receipt.

Important Shipping Information:
· All products with free shipping. If you are a wholesale customer who wants wholesale prices, please contact our staff shellin@fosoto.com apply for a 60%off discount.
· We have some lights in stock in Spain, France, Germany,the United States, Mexico, and Russia. If you are unsure, you can contact us and we can prioritize shipping from overseas warehouses. If the overseas warehouse is out of stock, we will prioritize shipping with UPS, FEDEX, etc.We reserve the right to cancel a pending order in the event of a stock discrepancy at a warehouse source. Should this arise, an automatic refund will be actioned through the original payment method.
· Shipping from local warehouse based on your area, normally it takes 3~30 days for the delivery, overseas warehouse shipment takes 3-7 days, and international shipping time is 10-30 days
· Saturday and Sunday deliveries may not operate in many areas. As a result, our quoted shipping times relate to business days only, not weekends or holidays.
· We do not offer express or overnight shipping in any country for now.
· Orders cannot be delivered to PO BOX addresses or to territories.
· If your order includes pre-order products, the delivery date of the pre-order products will be based on the estimated delivery time stated on the page.

Due to limited transport provision and higher shipping costs to all islands and remote areas, orders will incur additional shipping costs and transit times, which will be confirmed by email after your order is placed.
Our inventory is stored in multiple facilities.We do our best to ship in as few packages as possible, however orders may ship from one or more location and may arrive on different days in separate packages.
